The Royal Army Medical Corps (RAMC) Oral History Project

The Royal Army Medical Corps (RAMC) Oral History Project is a partnership between historians at the University of Oxford and the Museum of Military Medicine, which is presently building a sustainable, accessible, online oral history archive to preserve the stories and experiences of RAMC members.  

This project will run for five years (2022-2027) in the first instance, however we intend for the archive to be a living body of historical knowledge preservation which will continue to grow as time goes on.  We strongly encourage past RAMC members, and their families, to reach out to us and help us locate individuals who may be willing to share their stories.
