HR Administrator
Lucy is currently covering for Victoria Skipper, who is on secondment within the University. Lucy is the HR Administrator for the Faculty of History and works alongside Clare Reynolds in the HR Team.
Her role covers a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, visa and immigration processes, payroll administration and supporting staff throughout the employee lifecycle. She also assists with HR policies, procedures and day-to-day staff enquiries.
