Research Interests
My research focuses on the interconnected religious and cultural history of early modern England and Germany. I am interested in cultures of information and the development of religious ideas and practice. I completed my doctoral thesis, ‘Reformations across borders: printed German perceptions of the English Reformation, 1547-1603’ in 2025, under the supervision of Lyndal Roper and Lucy Wooding.
I hold a BA in History and German and a MSt in Early Modern History from the University of Oxford. I have previously worked at museums in the West Midlands and at Christ Church, Oxford. I am also a tutor for Opportunity Oxford.
